Sai Pariwar to Host Fundraising Bollywood Musical Gala on August 21 to Support New Sai Temple Construction in North Brunswick
North Brunswick, NJ — August 5, 2025: Sai Pariwar, Inc., a prominent 501(c)(3) nonprofit spiritual and cultural organization serving Central Jersey’s Indian-American community for more than two decades, will host a grand musical fundraising gala on Thursday, August 21, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Royal Albert’s Palace in Fords, New Jersey. The event is being held in support of the construction of a new Sai Temple and Cultural Center in North Brunswick, a long-awaited initiative by the organization.
The evening promises a captivating Bollywood musical concert featuring a diverse ensemble of local singers and musicians, backed by a live band. Guests will be treated to more than three hours of entertainment including Bollywood classics, golden-era hits, contemporary numbers, and devotional bhajans. The performances will be accompanied by flavorful appetizers and a full-course dinner, all set within a spiritually vibrant and festive atmosphere.
Sai Pariwar recently acquired a prime parcel of land along Route 130, adjacent to the ShopRite Complex in North Brunswick, and has successfully obtained all necessary permits and approvals from the township to move forward with construction. For over 15 years, the current temple has operated out of a modest warehouse facility that now poses significant challenges due to aging infrastructure, limited parking, and lack of accessibility for elderly and differently-abled devotees.
The new temple aims to resolve these limitations by offering a fully accessible, modern spiritual space with dedicated sanctums for Sri Shirdi Saibaba and other Hindu deities. In addition to prayer and worship areas, the facility will include technology-enabled infrastructure, ample parking, and multipurpose spaces to serve as a cultural and educational hub for future generations.
Rooted in the values of Seva (selfless service), Shraddha (faith), and Saburi (patience), the vision behind the new temple reflects Sai Pariwar’s mission to create a lasting center for devotion, community unity, and cultural enrichment. To bring this vision to life, Sai Pariwar has launched a capital campaign with a target of raising $5 million. The August 21 gala is a major part of this effort, and the organization is calling on all community members and devotees to attend and contribute generously.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for various parts of the temple including deity sanctums, prayer halls, community rooms, and puja spaces. In addition to fundraising events, Sai Pariwar has become a community cornerstone through its weekly medical camps, yoga and holistic workshops, food drives, and a wide array of cultural programs including dance, music, and festival celebrations—all open to the public.
Tickets for the musical gala can be purchased online at www.vibrnz.com or directly from the temple. Donations can be securely made at www.saipariwar.org/donations. More details are also available on the temple’s website at www.saipariwar.org.
