New Jersey state officials formally recognized the leadership of Rana Samaj USA during a community event held at Crystal Plaza Banquet Hall in Livingston, highlighting the recent election of Bharat Rana as president for the 2025–2028 term.
Rana Samaj USA is a nonprofit organization representing over 6,000 members, many of whom are part of the Gujarati-American community. The group focuses on cultural preservation and community services for Indian Americans across the region.
State Assemblywoman Rosy Bagolie and State Senator John McKean presented the acknowledgment and extended their congratulations to Rana. In a joint statement, they commended his commitment to public service and his role in strengthening cultural ties.
“Your hard work and dedication are an inspiration to our Clifton and Legislative District 27 community,” they stated. “We hope this accomplishment leads you and Rana Samaj USA Inc. to achieve even more in the years to come.”
Bharat Rana also serves as president of the Indian American Seniors Association of Clifton and is the immediate past president of the Federation of Indian American Seniors Associations of North America. His recognition by state officials reflects his continued engagement in community leadership and service.
