The Mangalorean Konkan Christian Association, MKCA (mkcausa.org) announced it is holding its Annual Potluck Picnic on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, at Busse Woods, Grove #18, Rolling Meadows, IL, starting 11 am in the morning.
This event is open to members and non-members. MKCA encouraged people to invite friends and relatives, as guests. “But, please mention that to us in advance by sharing their information, so that we can maintain a count and also add them to our distribution list of events,” organizers said in a press release.
This being a Potluck, attendees can bring any dish of their choice. However, organizers would appreciate knowing what attendees are bringing in advance, “so that we can be sensitive to folks who have allergies or dietary restrictions, by informing them in advance.”
At the same time, anyone who has an allergy, is asked to inform the organizers in advance.
The organizers have ensured that there are some fun games for adults and children at the event, that attendees could participate in or not, according to their choice and health conditions.
