Fords, NJ — The Asian American Republican Coalition (AARC), a well-known nonprofit organization recognized for its grassroots outreach and “common sense” approach, hosted a highly attended and informative community event on the Big Beautiful Bill Act, 2025 (BBBA) at Royal Albert’s Palace.
For over a decade, AARC has worked to raise awareness on issues affecting Asian Americans, including the Indian-American community, providing a platform for leadership development and stronger engagement with mainstream America. Founder and Chairman Hemant Bhatt opened the program by praising the overwhelming community response and highlighting the importance of active civic involvement.

“This gathering is not only for obtaining knowledge about BBBA, but also about planning for the future,” Bhatt said. “It’s a reflection of how our communities are committed to contributing meaningfully to the fabric of this great country. We owe a great deal to America, and we need to give back by showing our love for it.”
The event began with the U.S. National Anthem, performed by Chip Kolbjornsen, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by AARC founding member Rima R. Yakobovich.

The panel discussion featured well-known experts: Ajay Kumar, CPA, MBA of Sai Accounting Services; immigration attorney Aditya Surti; and Medicare/Medicaid specialist Gary (Gatubhai) Mistry. Moderated by media personality and AARC founding member Sanjiv Pandya, the panel explored BBBA’s provisions and its implications for taxation, immigration, and healthcare.
While Republican gubernatorial candidate Jack Ciattarelli could not attend due to campaign commitments, his message of support was read to attendees. The event also welcomed local political figures including John Vrtaric, Chairman of the Woodbridge Township Republican Organization, as well as candidates Sam Raval, Rani Devraj, and Samiksha Sharma.
AARC expressed gratitude to its sponsors and supporters, including Srikanth Garu of TV9 Media Group, AXRIA, and Sai Accounting Services, as well as the many community members whose presence made the event a success. The organization pledged to continue hosting such programs to inform and empower the community.
