Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], August 24 (ANI): Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana’s past relationship has once again come into the spotlight after the former couple exchanged comments over their relationship and religious differences.
Just hours after sharing a lengthy post, Bigg Boss 13 fame Asim has now made a new claim about Himanshi, saying she contacted him three months after their breakup and wanted to get back together.
In a strongly worded post that he shared on X, Asim alleged that Himanshi had messaged him in March with a request to restart their relationship. He also said that he still has the alleged messages and screenshots and could share them if needed.
“Bad relationship-Thyroid, anxiety, depression, nose bleed, Face old, Smell from hair, face acne, So why did you msg me after 3 months in March and wanted to get back to this relationship, don’t worry, I have the msg, screenshot, if needed I will post next time.”
The latest comments came after Himanshi spoke about her past relationship during her conversation with Paras Chhabra. Although she did not take Asim’s name, her remarks were understood to be about their relationship.
The controversy began after Himanshi spoke about reports that she had considered changing her religion while dating Asim. Without taking names the actor said she would not call it “conversion” and explained that her then-boyfriend had shared the good things about his religion with her and wanted her to understand and respect them.
“Conversion nahi bolungi, par woh apne religion ki achhi baatein bata rahe the, sab bata rahe the. Achhi baat hai. Woh chahte the ki main achha samajhkar accept karu, lekin mujhe manzoor nahi tha,” Himanshi said during the podcast.
Asim and Himanshi met during Bigg Boss 13. After the show, the two continued their relationship for several years. They announced their separation in 2023 after around four years together. (ANI)
